This MLO is a complete rework of the Downes Ranch west of Valentine. Interior and exterior have been cleaned up and custom furnished, along with added flora to integrate the ranch better into the surrounding area.

No XML’s are used for interior or vegetation. The map includes the edited vanilla YTYP and YMAP files. No added YDR’s.
